QA Engineer

Committed to Excellence

When I was first hired, I immediately felt at home. Right out of the gate, I took it upon myself to create what I called temporary tag boxes. This made test reporting 400% faster, cutting more than 6 hours a week off software product testing.

Customer reporting started to fall behind testing, so in the first week of the new year, I released a 125-page document for new employees to replicate my process. It was a first at that campus - all thanks to my pioneering out-of-the-box ideas to keep employees interested and engaged in returning to work. I was loved by all!

I prepared for an audit of records and passed without issue, receiving many accolades afterward. However, my time there was cut short due to the work shortage I created for myself. Not a bad thing! It just means the company got what they paid for.

One great accomplishment was using the institution's system to streamline code review and transfers. I utilized a free-flow system that was already a part of the program the institution used, cutting over 100 hours per month off an entire department's workload. Essentially, this saved the company from having to hire new people, and of course, it kept me there. My work there was done :)
